We mechanically extract nine distinct fiber fractions from bamboo, each engineered for specific performance roles. These fractions are converted into unidirectional (UD) tapes and high-performance compounds for injection, bulk, and sheet molding applications.
By integrating these bamboo-based materials, manufacturers can significantly reduce the carbon footprint of conventional plastic compounds — or replace aluminum and steel components altogether, without compromising functional performance.
